Paula believes we all go through things in our lives that are painful or extremely difficult to handle. In spite of the fact that we are doing the best we can, sometimes we need some assistance with picking up the pieces and identifying which ones really belong to us. Making sense of these unique experiences is often very difficult to do on your own. Whether it is dealing with a loss, stopping a behavior that is affecting your relationships, or struggling with new or complex issues it often helpful to find an ally. Talking through issues, getting feedback and support allows us to be open to new perspectives. It is never too late to make changes in life, but sometimes it is hard to triage issues and find the best place to start. If you are ready to make some changes and would like to have the support you need to find your voice and reach your goals, call for an appointment.
