Rates

Our fees vary based on the therapist you work with.

$120- $350 for the initial 90 minute assessment session
$80-$200 for a 60 minute counseling session

At times, we may have interns working with us or a clinician may provide reduced rates based on your timing, flexibility, and situation.

Insurance

Key Benefit Administrators (Lee Employee Health Plan) is now accepted by some of our therapists. It is the only plan we accept.

For all clients not covered by KBA

We do not accept insurance. We can however provide a superbill. This document can be submitted to your insurance provider, if your plan has out of network benefit coverage. It includes the funds spent and the relevant coding, alongside our provider information. This helps carriers expedite claims and reimburse as they deem appropriate for out of network providers.

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. If you put a credit card on file in your portal and authorize use, you will be billed after each session. If you prefer cash or check we accept payment directly on site at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.  Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
